New research shows Kiwis love their colleagues and working within a team but they feel as though their managers fall short of expectations. Business culture expert Shane Green recently surveyed 800 New Zealanders about their experience at work and although the majority are happy within their teams, manager in New Zealand are lacking in leadership skills and failing to inspire their employees in growth and career development.
