BBC world Service correspondent Peter Ross on a new wave of the Delta variant of Covid-19 sweeping across Europe and a controversial new law limiting freedom of speech in Hungary. Peter also has his eye on the events leading up to year's Cannes Film Festival, after the 2020 festival was cancelled due to Covid-19.
