The hunt for glyphosate use in New Zealand

The Environmental Protection Authority is doing a nationwide stock take on the use of the herbicide glyphosate, commonly used in Roundup. The weed killer has been used by home gardeners, farmers and councils since the 1970s and the authority says there are 89 mixtures approved for use in this country.  It wants information from New Zealanders, including industry and the general public, about the manufacture, importation, and patterns of use of glyphosate in this country.  The chief executive of the UMF Honey Association is John Rawcliffe
