Samoa's 2021 general election results are declared

The official results of Samoa's 2021 general election have been declared - with the two main political parties still neck and neck. After final counting today - the newly formed FAST political party and the well established, HRPP, each have 25 seats.  It looks likely the deciding vote will be independent MP, Tuala Tevaga Iosefo Ponifasio. RNZ Pacific's correspondent Autagavaia Tipi Autagavaia chats to Susana Lei'ataua from Apia.
