There are new rules to stamp out inappropriate workplace behaviour for public servants. The State Service Commission's new Positive and Safe Workplaces standards was commissioned by State Services Commissioner Peter Hughes, after finding Government agencies were far from immune to inappropriate workplace behaviour. The National Secretary of the Public Service Association, Glenn Barclay, speaks with Karyn about the impact of the new standards for public servants including its 70,000 members.
