Sexual violence law reform

From Lately, 10:30 pm on 3 July 2019

Last night we talked to Kathryn McPhillips from Auckland's sexual abuse support service HELP about law changes to better protect the victims of sexual violence, as their cases go through the courts that have been unveiled by the Government.

Defence lawyer, Adam Couchman, was listening and wanted to balance a number of points made last night from his experience of 30 years in the court room.
