Beloved rotunda set for redevelopment

Today the Wellington City Council announced that the city's Band Rotunda at Oriental Bay would be redeveloped. The Band Rotunda has been uninhbited since 2012 and required extensive work, which scared off many would-be developers. However, engineer and developer Maurice Clark has agreed to take the project on. He joins Emile to discuss the significance of the Rotunda and what plans he in place to bring it back to life.
