Toughening Up Drug Driving Testing

The government is considering toughening up the laws around random roadside drug testing of motorists. The Ministry of Transport has issued a discussion document , and will take public submissions for the next six weeks or so. Ross Bell, executive director of the New Zealand Drug Foundation joins us to discuss the implications.
