A neighbourly dispute over naturism ended up being taken to the Dunedin District Court .

Otago man Lloyd Bonnar, who has a holiday home in Kaka Point upset his neighbours with his naked sunbathing and swimming.

When he was asked to cover up on multiple occasions Bonnar said it was not against the law to be naked on the beach.

Could there be poison growing in your backyard right now?

Last week the Royal Horticultural Society in the UK put out a warning for new gardeners of the pitfalls around poisons plants including a rare type of "toxic courgette".

New Zealand is also home to a number of poisonous plants, both native and introduced, many of which you might find in your backyard.
