10:18 Kiwi-made video game launches onto world stage
Today a virtual reality game called 'Wanderer' was released in collaboration between two Auckland studios: M-Theory and Oddboy in a partnership with Sony. This is the first time a major console maker has released a Kiwi-made game. Ben Markby is the co-founder of Oddboy and co-creative director of Wanderer and he joins Karyn to explain how it came to be.

Two Taranaki teenagers have been left overwhelmed with support they've received after a cowardly burglary in broad daylight. Last weekend, Sean Grieve and Jack Dixon were busking to save money for university when a group of men stole an entire day's worth of donations from their guitar case. Since sharing their story, they have been flooded with support from their community.
