The decision to approve four new salmon farms for the Marlborough Sounds has re-ignited a passionate debate amongst residents and business owners in the area.
Some see it as a significant and much-needed investment for the local economy, while others feel it will damage the environment and reduce tourism opportunities in the Marlborough Sounds.
