Four decades after the heftiest doses of dioxin drifted onto neighbourhoods around a New Plymouth chemical plant, a health service is being set up for exposed residents.
The focus has been on a single dioxin - but tests show that Paritutu residents also have other dioxins and PCBs in their blood.
