Environment Minister, Nick Smith, clashes with Labour's fisheries spokesman, Rino Tirikatene, in Question Time over the Government's proposal to establish a marine reserve around the Kermadecs. The Speaker, David Carter, is drawn into the argument after the minister tries to table Labour's pre-election policy of establishing a similar sanctuary and threatens Nick Smith with expulsion if he doesn't sit down.
