Winston Peters leaves the chamber after a dispute with the Speaker over the PM's answer to a question claiming the government is capping travel expenditure on Gold Card. Finance minister, Bill English, answers questions about a proposal to sell 45% of Kiwibank to ACC and the Super Fund but request for snap debate declined.
