Parliament resumes after a fortnight's adjournment with Opposition MPs keen to quiz Government ministers about the contents of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA). Greens co-leader, James Shaw, however, shows more interest in the upcoming meeting between Prime Minister, John Key, and his Australian counterpart, Malcolm Turnbull. Speaker rejects request for an urgent debate on TPPA and House debates first reading of a government bill establishing a "mixed-model" governance structure for Environment Canterbury.
