Six workplace deaths in as many days "tragic and preventable"

Six people have died in as many days in workplace-related incidents, at a time when most people are just returning back to work after the Christmas break. The most recent death was on Friday morning, after a quad bike rolled on a farm at Wharepuhunga south of Hamilton. WorkSafe has been notified- adding to the five other deaths being investigated by the agency so far in 2019. Charlie Dreaver has details.
