Cook Islands raises water project concerns with China and NZ

New Zealand and China are caught up in a messy dispute over the biggest aid project in the Cook Islands in decades. Te Mato Vai project was touted as the first joint aid collaboration in the region involving the three countries. But the multi-million dollar water supply system has become mired in a contractual dispute with the Chinese company building it.
