A report has been released on the Grenfell Tower fire in the UK

To the UK now, where a report into the Grenfell Tower fire says fewer people would have died if the tower block had been evacuated sooner. 72 people died in the blaze at the west London tower block on June 14th 2017. In the last 12 hours a one thousand page document has been released, following the first phase of an inquiry into the fire - although parts were published early after being leaked to media.
