Pyramid Valley farmers Surrey and Dallas Earl have developed a system of growing fruit in their orchard based on a study of roadside fruit trees, which are never pruned or sprayed, yet often produce tasty fruit. They also grow Russian garlic and other organic vegetables that are sold in their own little shop in Waikari.
