The Thornbury Vintage Tractor and Implement Club in Thornbury, Southland is the oldest vintage tractor club in New Zealand. It was formed over 50 years ago by three gentlemen following the recovery and subsequent restoration of a 1914 tractor. This tractor is now proudly displayed at the club's museum with many other pieces of rural memorabilia dating backing to 1880.
