The Canadian Province of British Columbia has been inundated with floodwaters - 18,000 people have been displaced, roads, houses and bridges have been destroyed and farms are awash. It could be the country's costliest natural disaster. Chris Kloot is a dairy farmer from Chillawack - one of the affected areas. He is also a local city councillor.
