Neville Martin, in a much earlier life, was the PR chief for the NZ Dairy Board. Now in his retirement he likes putting pen to paper and reminiscing. Today he's thinking back to terminology he gained after visiting farms as a young boy. Mountain oysters were certainly a new term. He only knew of oysters that came from the sea and says the ones the family friend farmer threw on the fire after a day docking were fit only for four legged eaters.
