Infant formula companies may be barred from exporting to China

Dozens of small infant formula companies could be barred from exporting to China under strict new rules. From May, all milk powder firms will have to apply for new permits under tougher food safety and traceability standards in China. The Primary Industries Minister, Nathan Guy, joins Checkpoint.
