Obama urges Russia to take diplomatic "off-ramp" with Ukraine

President Obama has delivered a sharp riposte over Crimea's regional parliament voting to break away and join Russia. He's spoken again to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin urging him to take a diplomatic "off-ramp" to diffuse the crisis in Ukraine.
