Speaker dismisses privileges complaint against Nick Smith

The Conservation Minister, Nick Smith, says opposition parties owe him an apology for suggesting he lied to Parliament about whether he knew about a draft submission on the proposed Ruataniwha Dam in Hawke's Bay.
