ACC levies could fall as Corporation posts $4.9 billion surplus

The Accident Compensation Corporation has posted a net surplus of 4.9 billion dollars for the last financial year. That's 3.6 billion ahead of budget. The chair of the ACC Board, Paula Rebstock, says improved rehabilitation of claimants and good investment returns are responsible for the result.
