Armed police surround Auckland bank

Nine bank workers have been freed by an armed man who's still in an Auckland bank surrounded by armed police. The man went into the Westpac Bank on Great South Road in Penrose at about 4.30 this afternoon. The District commander of Auckland city police Mike Clement is with us.
