Gippsland Fires

A 25-thousand hectare blaze is raging through Gippsland in Victoria, destroying houses and threatening towns. Soaring temperatures and gusty winds are pushing the bushfires across the country's east. In New South Wales today, the mercury hit 45 degrees - pushing fires there through containment lines. The ABC's Nonee Walsh reports.
