Evidence critically endangered storm petrels are reproducing

Auckland researchers are excited to discover that critically endangered sea birds are breeding off the New Zealand coast. The New Zealand storm petrel was presumed extinct for more than 150 years until it was rediscovered by bird watchers in 2003.
