The Auckland Council's Governing Body has agreed to address concerns which iwi have raised, over the proposed Onehunga Foreshore Restoration Project; The international oil exploration company Apache Corporation says it's on track to start drilling some test holes in central Hawke's Bay early next year; A Maori adviser to a large inland restoration project in Waikato , has praised the Hamilton City Council for not cutting the project's budget; The Government's Social Housing Unit says it's received more than 20 applications for its Maori and Rural Funds, which set aside money to increase the number of social and affordable homes.
