Speeders clocked at almost 200km/ph

Official papers show vehicles are being clocked by cameras doing almost two hundred kilometres per hour on the open road. The police say the speeds recorded are ridiculous. But some of those travelling at double the speed limit, or even faster, argue they can speed with impunity.
