RWC says cup not a con

It's been revealed that there are two rugby World Cups masquerading as one. But the Cup's organisers are denying the public was conned when they lined up to see the Cup firsthand on a recent nationwide roadshow, thinking they were seeing the one and only Webb Ellis trophy.
