Niche investments escape Labour's capital gains tax

Niche investments, like jewellery, wine and art, have become more attractive under the Labour Party's tax proposals. Those types of assets are not subject to the same capital gains tax that would be levied on investment property and shares - something critics say is unfair and unworkable.
