More suppression rule breaches by Justice Ministry

The Justice Ministry is ignoring a key recommendation aimed at ensuring crime victims are not named by mistake. An investigation was ordered after the Ministry breached suppression orders by wrongfully publishing the names of two sexual abuse victims on its website. That investigation by John Marshall QC found nine more cases of similar breaches.
