The latest from the woman being sued by an ACC doctor

A senior doctor at ACC is continuing to sue a sexual abuse victim for defamation despite the ACC Minister saying he'd dropped the action. Dr Peter Jansen is suing the woman, known as Jax, for $250,000 over comments she made about him on her Internet blog.
