Commissioner raises questions over Archibald promotion

Questions are being asked by the Police Commissioner about the appointment of Detective Inspector David Archibald to the Police College. Mr Archibald is heading up the Investigations and Intelligence School, despite being disciplined four years ago for inappropriately accessing the computer system during the Mount Maunganui pack rape case.
