NZ Aged Care Association: Did DHB jump the gun?

The Rose A Lea rest home in Palmerston North has been closed down after a complaint about a 103 year old woman being tied to a bed. The New Zealand Aged Care Association says the home previously had a good reputation and is questioning whether the right action has been taken.
