The lawyer for man who was allegedly killed by his prison cellmate claims the death was entirely preventable. A homicide investigation in underway following the death of Jon Trubuhuovic who was 69 years old. He died ten days after being assaulted, alleged by the man he was sharing a cell with. Trubuhuovic's lawyer James McGilvary spoke to Lisa Owen.
