What can customers do after a business goes under?

Smith City, the well known furniture and electronics retailer went into voluntary administration yesterday. One Christchurch woman who paid nearly $4,500 for a lounge suite she's yet to see is upset and angry about how she's been treated by the company. Other customers are also concerned about whether they'll ever recieve their purchases, or get their money back. So what can consumers do after a business goes under? Auckland Barrister, Chris Patterson spoke to Lisa Owen.
