Kremlin says Trump suffering 'emotional overload'

The Kremlin is trying to downplay Donald Trump's criticisms of Vladimir Putin after Russia carried out a large-scale drone attack on Ukraine. The US President said Mr Putin has "gone absolutely CRAZY!" - but Russia is attributing this to Mr Trump suffering an "emotional overload." US correspondent Todd Zwillich spoke to Lisa Owen.
