Libelle Group, which is contracted to deliver 125,000 meals a day, was placed into liquidation this morning. Labour is demanding explanations on what contingencies are in place - but the minister responsible for the changes to the lunches believes in the long-term, the liquidation will not be seen as a bad thing.
