Cyclone Lola has destroyed schools and homes in Vanuatu, with more than 10,000 households torn apart, damaged or flooded.
Four provinces in the north have been hit hardest as humanitarian aid groups and Vanuatu's National Disaster management staff make initial assessments.
Meanwhile, the New Zealand and the French Defence force will soon arrive to help provide aid and assess damages.
