A health commentator says union nurses, employed by Te Whatu Ora, will have to make difficult decisions in the next couple of weeks.
Around 35-thousand staff are now voting on whether to accept a historic Pay Equity offer.
Members will also vote whether to accept the latest collective agreement offer from Health NZ from August 1st.
