Auckland's Karangahape Road is home to more than 400 businesses and is widely known for its restaurants, coffee shops and boisterous night life.
But street crime is causing headaches for business owners who say they don't go a day without being robbed or harrassed.
The local Business Association says anti-social behaviour and drug and alcohol abuse are marring its reputation.
