Anti-violence advocates urge more Pasifika included in plan

Anti-violence advocates want more Pacific workers to be employed and a cross party approach to the government's new plan to tackle family and sexual harm.

New Zealand announced its first National Strategy for eliminating family and sexual violence, called Te Aorerekura, which will see 10 agencies working together.

The 25 year strategy also includes a plan to improve services for underserved communities including Maori and Pasifika.
