It's emerged the man accused of abducting four year old Cleo Smith in Western Australia, had a room full of dolls in his house.
Terence Darrell Kelly has appeared in court charged with forcibly taking a child. Family and neighbours of the man say his image appears on a social media account that posts about loving children's dolls and claiming to have a partner and children, despite living alone.
