Further questions are being raised about home self isolation for Covid cases after the death of a second person.
The Auckland man in his 50s was found dead at an address in Mount Eden after an ambulance was called.
It comes two days after a man in his 40s also died while self-isolating at home.
It's as case numbers climbed by a record 163 today - with 159 in Auckland and four in the Waikato.
