Victoria restrictions set to ease despite daily cases record

The Australian state of Victoria has set a new record with almost 2,300 daily Covid-19 cases being announced today. There have also been 11 more deaths. But the state premier, Daniel Andrews, isn't overly concerned by the rising case numbers - saying they won't affect when restrictions will ease.
