An employment lawyer is warning of legal stand offs between companies and employees who refuse to be vaccinated for Covid-19.
Employers cannot legally require their staff to get vaccinated but there is nothing stopping them adding those requirements into future employment contracts.
The government says it is up to employers and employees to work out any disputes.
