All of New Zealand will remain at Alert Level 4 lockdown for another four days, until 11:59pm this Friday.

The Auckland region, however, will remain in lockdown until 11:59pm next Tuesday August 31.

The Delta outbreak has grown to 107 cases today, with 33 new infections reported in Auckland and two more in Wellington.

The number of contacts has also ballooned with more than 13,000 now identified - that number is expected to climb further throughout the day.

Jacinda Ardern says they are located all across the country and the safest option is to hold the course for longer.
